We are sorry to hear that. We have sold 10s of thousands of the new click lid and have had almost zero issues. We will of course replace it free of charge
Service was excellent and quick, I was kept informed where my product was in the dispatch chain. Great product - just the thing when travelling where water safety is not guaranteed

Mit mondott Kirsten Westgate Water-to-Go kereskedőről:
Not the first time I've ordered from Water-to-Go. Order arrive as expected, and does what I expected. In fact, I think they've improved the lids, so the water flow is smoother and quieter!
The bottle was delivered very quickly and was well packed.
I received updates to tell me the order had been received and was to be delivered, and I was given the tracking number via email.
