Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback Michael! We’re pleased to hear that you found our initial response helpful, but we’re sorry that the claim process ultimately left you disappointed. We understand your frustration regarding the VAT being included in the labour rate on the garage’s quote and the resulting difference in reimbursement. We appreciate that you raised this with us and also took the time to clarify the garage’s VAT status. We’ll take your feedback on board, particularly around making the requirements for quotations and VAT breakdowns clearer from the outset. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. Best Wishes, Customer Care
