However we represent hundreds of different activities and hotels, run and owned by a multitude of different operators. We don’t run or own any of the operations ourselves, we merely book them on your behalf as an independent booking agent, which has numerous advantages for our clients. We have sent your complaints to the Zambezi Canoe operation owner and are awaiting a full report back from them which we will relay to you via email. We apologise profusely on their behalf for the unacceptable service you received from them.
