Mit mondott Trusted Customer Muddy Paws kereskedőről:
Not happy at all
On renewal, despite never having claimed, much more expensive, huge excess, ever larger percentage of any claim disallowed, very curt renewal documentation.
Not happy.

Underwriter difficulty
I have had to argue a great deal about recent pricing policy- blamed on change of underwriters

So sorry you had to push for what you want with us. The change in underwriters did leave some customers disheartened! However, the good news is, these underwriters constantly monitor the prices and breeds and make solid long term deisions. It is always worth talking to us directly on admin@vetsmedicover.co.uk to see if we can help you. Many thanks, Francesca
