A director got in touch with me immediately after the review. The issue was discussed and then resolved. After a poor start, they came through with flying colours

Renewal quote came by email 1 day before direct debit due to be collected. I thought with other insurances policies it was sent 4 weeks ahead of renewal date giving the customer time to compare...

Dexter’s insurance
The increase was more than expected but still represents reasonable value.
Dexter is three and having only made one very small claim I was surprised by the amount it had gone up.
