Also we’re sorry to hear that our return and refund processes didn’t meet your expectations. Our restocking fee is really essential for us, since it covers the costs associated with a return, including the time taken for the warehouse to check the box, process the paperwork, receive stock back into inventory and for accounts to finalise the refund for you.
