Universal Fans vélemények

Hi Juwan, Sorry to hear that you’re unhappy with our returns policy. We include a lot of information about our listings to help our customers find a product to suit their needs. We do however understand that sometimes people make mistakes, so we are prepared to accept returns in line with our returns policy – available here: https://www.universalfans.com.au/return-policy/. Our policy includes a fee to cover the costs of processing and restocking your order, and we believe that this is more than fair, especially since we aren’t obligated to accept a change of mind return at all under Australian Consumer Law. Thanks for reaching out though, we will take your feedback on board and if we can be of further assistance, please email service@universalfans.com.au
