Thank you for the review. We are sorry to hear that you are displeased at our service. We reached out to the installation company to confirm a potential installation date once payment was made. They confirmed this, and tried to call you three times and sent a text message to try and book you in, and we can provide proof of this communication if requested. Unfortunately, you were unable to respond at the time, and the date could not be held. You were offered the next available slot, but were unavailable and hence asked for a full refund, which we provided instantly. We do not have visibility of our installer's calendars as they are a Partner company who manage their engineers, not us. We advertise our 2-3 week waiting time in our installation terms and conditions and to all customers when asked. If we can be of any further service, please let us know.
