We are terribly sorry to hear that your stay did not meet expectations on this occasion. However, kindly note that we have not received any message from you regarding your check out, thus we scheduled it according to the information we received in your pre check in form.
As for the luggage, unfortunately, we cannot store any pieces of luggage in our home after a departure, however, we did offer an alternative luggage storage service, we are sorry if it caused an inconvenience to your trip.
We would love to host you again next time you are in London and provide you with the great experience that most of our guests enjoy.

Very professional service dealing efficiently with everything very quickly. Weekly cleaning service and hotel standard linen were a great touch. Would recommend to friends / family.

Thank you so much for leaving us a fantastic review. I will be sure to pass this through to the team & the homeowner. As we always offer in person check-ins we have to offer specific times to meet our guests in order to provide the best experience possible. We prefer to explain the home rules, the appliances the local surroundings & handover the keys in person. We are working on some technology that may allow us to complete remote check-ins from our office however we wish to ensure the security of the home firstly. Thank you again!
