All of our samples are cut from the same fabric batches used for production, but variances can occur depending on dye lots and lighting conditions. After reviewing the photographs provided, both our team and the manufacturer believed the product matched the specifications of the chosen range. With regard to compensation, our team followed our policy, which allows for consideration when an order exceeds the stated lead time. In this case, the order was dispatched one working day outside the estimate, and we sincerely apologise that our explanation caused further frustration. Dear Martine, We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating this situation has been, especially when you’re trying to complete your home. One of the three blinds in your order was unfortunately out of stock at the time of processing, which caused the delay. Regarding measure insurance, after reviewing the order, it was not added or charged at checkout, which is why it does not appear on the invoice.
