Great prices, it was a little confusing that your room descriptions did not match those on the hotel website so we aren't sure what sort of room we are getting!

Good service, prices and support
Excellent service - I booked online (got a really good saving) but then the people on the phone helped me make some changes and add transfers.

Fantastic savings on my UK break
Booked two weekend hotel breaks in the UK and made some fantastic savings. Both trips were cheaper than Booking.com. The site was very simple to use and navigate offering lots of choice.

Excellent Service
Very pleased with the service provided when BA cancelled our flight the evening before departure. Having the emergency number answered immediately by a human being out of hours was very assuring....
