Dear Saravanakumar , We greatly value your feedback and sincerely appreciate your honesty. If it's possible, could you share more details about your unpleasant experience? This will enable us to understand where we fell short and focus our improvements in that area. According to our records, you reached out to us to inquire about the cost of changing the date, and prompt assistance was provided. However, no adjustments were made to your booking because you mentioned you would call back if interested. Regards, Travel Trolley

Dear Perry, Thank you for your feedback regarding your experience booking your flight tickets to India through us. We truly appreciate it and are pleased to hear you found the service satisfactory overall. Concerning your query about the disparity in meal charges, we understand your concern. While airlines do offer complimentary meals on international flights, there are passengers with specific dietary requirements, food restrictions, or allergies to particular types of food. In such cases, we need to notify the airline on behalf of the customer. For providing this service, we charge a nominal optional fee of £3.00. Best Regards,Travel Trolley
