Sorry to hear that you were not happy with the shoes you received. We do have a quality control procedure, but sadly it is impossible for every pair to be checked before they are despatched. However, as soon as we receive your shoes back we will issue you a full refund as requested. Also sorry to see that you have left us poor feedback for the service; your comments say differently so if you have any issues, please get in touch.

The shoes are very good value although due to a picking error we are still waiting on one pair to be redelivered. We paid extra to hopefully get them delivered quicker, alas it took eleven days from ordering them?? supposed to be 72 working hours, whose hours? Would buy again but will rely on snail mail!
