took 3 attempts and many e-mails to get the boots i wanted. in the end i had to choose a pair that was actually my 2nd choice as the first 2 pairs were badly marked despite being quality checked. I ended up with a pair i would not have originally wanted. Customer service were little help until i threatended to escalate my complaint.

I am very impressed with the quality and price of the shoes. The workmanship is excellent and the service is great. I have no complaints with the purchase and I will trade again with SW Shoes.
