Hi Edward. Thanks for your feed back.
 The 10% discount is offered on customers who ‘create an account’ as they place their first order. This is stated again on the checkout page BEFORE you pay / checkout. 
If you do this on your next order, it will apply the discount, so you won’t miss out. We’ll make sure you get that.
