Also, it's important to clarify that the presence of TicketPlan does not guarantee an automatic refund. This insurance is designed to cover specific circumstances, and refunds are typically granted under defined conditions, clearly listed in Ticketplan terms and conditions. It's crucial to avoid such misunderstandings and be proactive in reading and understanding the terms before purchasing anything.

We regret the inconvenience you experienced, but we must clarify our policies. Our terms and conditions explicitly state that cancellations are not allowed after a booking is placed due to our contractual agreements with the theatre. The date is reiterated multiple times during the checkout process to prevent any oversights. When you reached out to us after placing your initial order, the theatre had already confirmed your booking and we cannot just cancel it as we are not allowed to do this. Unfortunately, your desired price bracket seats were not available for the new date you requested. In this situation, you were provided with more expensive seats, and you were required to pay the price difference. This was not a charge for a mere exchange. We understand that this may not have been the outcome you expected, but we cannot provide more expensive seats for free. We operate within the constraints of these agreements.
