Hi Rhys, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Your order was dispatched on the 20th July with Royal Mail for delivery on the 23rd July. The tracking number is - Tracking no. NV789190537GB - Delivery was made by Royal Mail on 22nd July one day ahead of schedule and signed for by a Williams.
Payment is taken at the time of placing of any order as outlined during the checkout process and within our terms listed on our website.
If you would like any assistance in tracking your order then please let us know.
Short and sweet first sent wrong board out then sent damaged one. Have now asked for a refund.

Hi Al, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. A per our reply to your now removed Google review; we are sorry that we sent you the incorrect board. We were able to confirm this with you on the phone and quickly rectify the situation by arranging collection and sending the correct board order. We were sorry to learn that your order was damaged in transit as we take great care in adding additional packing materials to each composite board shipped directly from us. While the damage is extremely minor (as shown in your pictures which accompany this review), it is indeed your rights to refuse the delivey and request a refund which will be processed in full once the board has been returned to us.
