My friend recommended them to me and he was right they were really good..really easy to buy from them. Just a couple of clicks and I was filling in a finance form and seconds later it was approved....
Initially I sent an email enquiry, which has still not been responded to. However, I then made contact by telephone and found the assistant friendly and helpful.

While our website clearly states on the page that Gift Vouchers are purchased in the opening line - "Our Gift Vouchers are sent electronically on the date you specify to the email address given." Your request to have a printable voucher that you could give on Christmas Day was emailed to you 13 days ago by Robert following your telephone conversation. The email was sent 11:22am Thursday 10th December. We see you are using a Hotmail email account so we strongly suggest you check your spam / junk folder for the printable voucher that was produced for you.

I phoned twice and was told someone would get back to me. There is nothing in my junk or spam file, Rather then tell me to check my files why have you not sorted my issue out. I am so upset with this I am considering writing a blogg on the bad service
