We have just looked at the tracking that was provided to you via email at the time of dispatch and your order has been held in Customs at NIEDERAULA, Germany since the 25th March waiting for you settle the duty and charges due. We have once again forwarded this tracking to you via email. We've received one email from you (received Tue, 30 Mar 2021 at 2:03 PM) since you reported your missing leash following up its whereabouts after our intiial response to your enquiriy. This was responded to saying th leash had been sent on a next day service with Royal Mail. Sorry to hear that this has still not arrived and we can certainly ship another to you without issue. Due to Easter Monday this will be shipped on a next day service with DPD (instead of Royal Mail this time) on Tuesday for delivery on Wednesday.
