The SUP Company service was excellent. The courier in the other hand did not read my instructions and eft and expensive paddle on my front doorstep. I had messaged to say leave with my neighbours.
Great while you are trying to buy a product, a SUP, but unexisting service when you have trouble.
It is very frustrating indeed a shop that does not answer your questions, and obviously they do not...

Hi Sergio, thank you for taking the time to leave a review for your order placed on 7th June 2021, 4:07 pm. I see from our Support tickets that you had an issue regarding a loose valve on your paddleboard that was answered and resolved promplty following an exchange of messages with the last being our reply on the Thu, 26 Aug 2021 at 4:11 PM to your comment of "Thanks very much for your super quick reply, I really appreciate it." Hi Gary, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I can see that you first reported an issue on Sun, 26 Jun 2022 at 10:39 AM. Tom subsequently replied to you on (Sun, 26 Jun 2022 at 11:21 AM) and again (Mon, 27 Jun 2022 at 10:08 AM) in reply to the images you supplied. The last correspodence from Tom was on Thu, 7 Jul 2022 at 12:31 PM answering you enquiry the day prior as it was unclear if you had followed our previous advice of removing and refitting the guage in order to create an airtight seal (as guages can on occassion become loose in the handle and therefore no provide a reading). We are still waiting on a response to this. We will follow this up seperately with a phone call tomorrow. We remain open 7 days a week from 9 - 5 Monday - Saturday and 10 - 4 on Sunday's.
