We sincerely apologize for the delay in correspondence! We will send out a brand new pump on a express delivery, which will hopefully be with you in time for the weekend.

7 days later - I have not yet received any replacement pump, or for that matter any email confirming that such action had actually been taken to ship me the new pump. What next?
