Your order was not dispatched because you selected 'collect in store' and live in the Orkney Islands. Shippping to the Highlands requires an additional charge due to the freight services required to reach the Orkney Islands - this is outlined on the delivery page of our website.
Jessica has emailed you to advise of a delay sourcing a shipping service would reach. Please can you take a look in your spam / junk mail.

We try hard to ensure that composite / hard SUP's are well protected with the additional of 3mm hard board as well as extra strapping during shipping to ensure that they reach customers in the best condition.
