The staff has very poir knowledge if children development. They aren’t clear about their rules. They have time out for kids and don’t even let the parents know about it.

Thank you for your feedback about our Hampstead Holiday Camp. We are disappointed that you have not contacted us before about our Holiday Camp this week as we wish we could have spoken to you and rectified any concerns you have. Secondly, our team are highly experienced at our Hampstead Holiday Camp. Sisi our Holiday Camp Manager has a Masters degree in childcare and is highly experienced in working with children - alongside being a very kind person. Therefore we disagree with your feedback on our staff having poor knowledge of children development. We don't offer "time out" to children and any behavioural issues will be communicated with parents for sure. Please feel free to contact our Head Office team on info@thestringsclub.org if you'd like to discuss the matter further.

Great help over the phone and then easy online booking. My daughter's confidence and enthusiasm for playing the guitar is really noticeable from the week of camp.
