We're sorry to hear of the difficulties you've raised. We do try and make our coach transfers as comfortable as possible, although we do offer the choice to join the cruise direct or travel by other means, such as train, if you'd prefer. The options for each cruise do of course vary depending on the exact itinerary, but we'll always do all we can to get our customers' holidays off to the best possible start.
The feedback we've received about the ship itself is normally extremely positive - in fact at least 90% of Feefo replies about the cruise product are positive, we're just sorry that you were unhappy.
I was really pleased to see that you enjoyed the food and that the staff were helpful too. It's also great to see that you felt the price and value for money of the holiday were good as well, as we do try and offer a great product at a great price too.
