Just to keep you in the loop, our system sends automatic reminders to our designers if they have not shipped an order in the time frames they state.
In this case, we sent two automatic emails to the designer and our support staff followed up directly the next day on which the designer said they where out of stock.
The designer should have been responsible and messaged you to advise you it was out of stock or at least managed their inventory - we have re-enforced our seller guidelines with them to prevent this issue happening again with this particular designer.
Luckily, in your case, we had one in our retail store and had this shipped to you next day by priority mail for free :)
Of course, you changed your mind which is fully understandable but unfortunately, we do not offer free returns.
We've tried to make the delivery and returns process as clear as we possibly can and have placed them on just over 3 Million pages of our website so i'm sorry to hear you was unaware of this.
