Hogyan gyűjtjük a Feefo véleményeket?

A visszajelzéseket a velünk együttműködő vállalkozások nevében, függetlenül gyűjtjük.

Hogyan ellenőrizzük a véleményeket?

Hogyan kezeljük a hamis véleményeket?

Hi John, Thank you for your great review. We are so happy you found the website and designer easy to use. Unfortunately, the signature strip is not compatible with double sided printing due to our printing method, as stated on our website. However, any actions can be reversed by using the "Undo" button to restore previous changes. Kind regards, Karl - The Photo ID Card People.

Hi there, Thank you for your review. I am sorry you have not contacted us prior to submitting this review. I can see the card template you selected has a blue/purple hue in comparison to your more muted blue logo. If you were looking to colour match the template to your logo our designer has options to do this or you can contact us for design help. We do want you to be 100% happy with your order and our service therefore please contact us to discuss this and we will then happily design, re-print and dispatch your order again free of charge. Kind regards, Karl - The Photo ID Card People.
