I am sorry that this has happened. As explained to you in emails, the second subscription had already been processed and was on it's way out to you when you noticed that you had set up the subscriptions. We did cancel one of them for you as soon as you notified us of that issue. The food has a long shelf life and will keep fresh for you to use at a later date should you be able to store it. Please do email if you would like us to cancel the remaining subscription, we will happily help you!

Hi there, so sorry that delivery times have been longer than usual. We are usually super fast at getting orders out to you (normally the next day or the day after if order is placed before 12 o clock) However, as you are aware delivery has been taking up to 7 working days (which is our standard stated delivery time) Your order was placed on the 24th November and was delivered on 2nd December (6 working days). We have since been able to catch up again, so we hope that we can now get back to our normal delivery times. We do still ask that 7 days are allowed for delivery as we then have time to fix any issues that may arise! Thank you!
