Hi Amy I am so sorry to hear your labels haven't arrived, you should call called or emailed us as unless we hear from you we presume they have arrived safely. Now we are aware of the situation I will private email you to check the shipping address is correct and get an immediately replacement set on its way. The labels were as described on there web site. Also I received them much quicker then expected I also had a question and they called me to answer it.

Easy ordering- I appreciated the minimized style/color options. I just needed some iron-on labels, so it was nice not to have to struggle with too many options.
