Upon returning to work following the Christmas break on the 4th of January, your emails sent from midnight Christmas day onwards were passed to our technical support team to assist you with this matter.
Noted from your order details the product had been in your possession from the beginning of November, we do advise to customers to fully check items within 48 hours of being delivered, even if you are not assembling until nearer the big day, to avoid circumstances such as this arising, if this had been carried out, the issue(s) would have been resolved well before Christmas day avoiding any disappointment.
That said, one of the team have been in contact with you and have advised that a full replacement model is being prepared and will be dispatched to you shortly.
