This is insurance is very unclear on the excess amount and that you have to pay a percentage of the remaining vet bill still... in my case I took the insurance out and queried this straight away as...

You do not transparently state the excess and percentage of the claim. I have insured animals for the last 15 years and am well rehearsed in checking these items. My feedback is the same, terrible company and DO NOT USE!
