Straightforward website and helpful staff when making a phonecall

Web quotes fairly straight forward. The only problem I had was there was no mention of excess, which is always one of the points I look at when deciding which company to go with. I made a phonecall...

The excess is shown on the website but we're glad to you were able to get the answer to your question. For any future applications, let us shed some light on that! During the application process you will be presented with our variety of products to choose from, you’ll see a ‘more info’ button in blue… Give this a click and it will display the different sections of cover. Next to each cover there’s an ‘info tab’ – this looks like an ‘i’ in a little circle… hover over this and the excess appears!
