Hello Jordan, No I am not a 'awkward' customer and am not wanting to go into a ping-pong series of messages. So just to let you know ... I accepted a policy with you through a third-party (who recommended your Company) and was surprised and bewildered to be told that you only wanted to receive payment on a monthly basis. For so small a fee I felt less administration would be required on both sides if I paid in one lump sum for the year. Then discovered that instead of £5,000 per illness/attention per year, paying annually only entitled me to cover of £4,500 per year. It made me wonder whether I will have also been penalized in other areas of cover for 'paying up front'. (As you can image from my comments my registration was done without benefit of reading your paperwork - at the point of accepting your policy I paid immediately, and as I do not like reading important paperwork from a computer screen I am currently waiting to receive hard copy.) I am impressed by your efficiency and thoroughness in replying to my comments and hope this precaution where my little cat, "Poppy", is concerned will not be needed. With kind regards, Margaret Kitson
