The caravan is not "stored" at a site I am visiting. It is parked there for a day or two. That is what caravanning is all about. You go to a site, often a CL or CS site recognised by a major caravanning organisation and these are usually on farms. If you cannot offer insurance for this kind of thing then stop advertising "Caravan Insurance". I reiterate, your policies are utterly useless for Caravanners.

Thank you for the clarification. In which case you need to educate your sales staff better as this is the direct opposite of what I was told over the phone when I questioned the policy. I explained I wanted cover for holiday stays on such campsites and I was told I would not be covered. That's all I have to say on the matter.
