Hogyan gyűjtjük a Feefo véleményeket?

A visszajelzéseket a velünk együttműködő vállalkozások nevében, függetlenül gyűjtjük.

Hogyan ellenőrizzük a véleményeket?

Hogyan kezeljük a hamis véleményeket?

Good morning, We are sorry to hear your comments. We have asked a member of our Customer Contact Department to contact you today to see if we are able to assist, as your policy has a later start date, we may be able to amend this. Once a policy has gone live, the cover limit refreshes each policy period, if you pay monthly this would be on your payment date, so it would be linked to when your cover limit refreshes. This is why you may have been given the advice previously, but further checks should have been made at the time. Kind regards, Kirsty The Insurance Emporium
