Good afternoon, We are sorry to hear of your comments. It's important to clarify, the policy terms of your new policy do differ from the previous policy you had held with us. Your previous policy allowed for Vets Fees up to the maximum of £3000 for EACH condition/illness per year. However the new policy you have selected has a maximum cover level for Vets fees of £2000 per year for all claims, hence the difference in premium as this reflects the change in cover. Excellent Service and great deal.

Easy to navigate the site, present insurer wanted to increase premium from £400 to £700 for the year, despite making no claims. I got a great deal by going to The Insurance Emporium and better cover.
