We never received a call in advance on the day of delivery, which means we might have missed the delivery.

Very speedy and professional service part as described
Excellent service and after sales service. I needed to make an exchange (my fault) and 1 item was damaged in transit, both were dealt with quickly and without any fuss.

Thanks for taking the time to give us your feedback. Sorry to hear it was too late to add items to your order, unfortunately we did dispatch the order quite quickly as we try to get stocked items out of our warehouse the same day. It was already on the way to the Northern Territory before we spoke to you to add more items to the order.
