We are sorry about the delivery side this is delivered by a third party carrier who we shall be raising our concerns with about how our products are treated, however when you contacted us we were able to rectify this and replace the items. Many thanks

Purchase great, delivery poor
Had no problem with repeat purchase online. However, delivery was another story. Same order in previous years came by post, with no issues. This year a delivery company was used. Driver unable to...
