All of our transfers prices are the ones stipulated in our webpage, there should not be any extra fees besides that if the whole transfer goes according to plan. Since we consider that the driver did not complete this transfer according to our terms and conditions, we can assure you we have already taken serious actions with them. Also, we have already issued the refund for the extra 5 USD that were charged. You shall already have received in your MasterCard account.
