We are terribly sorry to realise you had such an unpleasant ride with one of our transfers. We truly understand how frustrating this may have been for you since this is not the service you paid for. Of course, we long to give to our customers the high-quality service that is offered when creating the booking. Please be well assured that we have already taken serious action with the driver from your transfer. Also, since we consider that most of the details from their contract were not completed we have refunded you the 75 % of the reservation. You shall receive your amount back at your account on the upcoming 4 business days. We are already well aware of how hectic can get when travelling, so our last intention is to cause any unnecessary hassle to our customers by breaking some rules of the contract.
