Good Afternoon, I apologise if you feel that we have provided you with poor service. All Rotospas are fitted with a commando plug out of the factory as a standard for safety purposes. I provided a converter cable free of charge, these are usually charged at £96, to ensure that your spa could be used with the electrical supply that you sent over in your photo. I did speak to Mrs Murray on the day of delivery and explained. I believed that we had ended the call happily. Please feel free to pop in or give us a call if you would like to discuss this further. Again i sincerely apologise if you feel that we have let you down.
