We have previously had correspondence with you regarding this, explaining that your original kite was damaged in transit and we were forced to order you a replacement from Core, unfortunately, they are still being manufactured but you have expressed that you were happy to wait for the few weeks required.
If you are I no longer happy to wait that is perfectly acceptable and we would happily refund your order, we only have to communicate this information to us rather than leaving us 1-star review for something that is out of our control and that we have kept you informed of
