If your account was flagged for cheating then you have committed a serious breach of our terms.
We reply to all support tickets in less than 8 hours (no exceptions) and simply reviewing your ticket would enable you to see that reply.
From our records we see you raised a ticket at "7/14/2022 3:33 AM", and received a reply just 3 minutes later " 7/14/2022 3:36 AM" with details of the offence you committed and the next steps.

It seems that I am in error here. My apologies.
Indeed there was a follow-up message, however, as my ticket status was still marked as 'pending', I did not reopen the ticket.
It would have been great to have received some kind of notification that there was a follow-up message to my ticket.
