Due to a miscommunication during the registration process, your child attended the Multi-Activity programme on the first day rather than the Bushcraft activity that had been booked. Throughout the day, your child remained safely supervised by our staff and was accounted for at all times. We fully appreciate your frustration that this error occurred and understand your concerns regarding how it was communicated. We acknowledge that we should have informed you sooner and apologise that you first became aware of the issue through your child. The situation arose from a genuine administrative error rather than a safeguarding issue, but we recognise that this distinction does not diminish the disappointment and concern it caused. We take all feedback seriously and are reviewing our processes to ensure activity allocations are checked more thoroughly and that any issues are communicated to parents promptly.
