Always prompt response whether it is via email or the phone. Great rates. Always feel in any transactions that they know who they are talking to and recall previous bookings we have made with them....

We also offer specially discounted rates for airline/travel staff, known in the industry as INTERLINE TRAVEL rates. Sometimes these rates are also available to friends and family. Most of our clients are repeat clients, we are delighted to say, but we welcome new clients with as much gusto. We like to see as many destinations and holiday accommodations as we can, so we can offer you the very best advice. Our primary goal is to make sure you have the right holiday at a budget that you are comfortable with. That is why our customer retention rates are so high, and our customer service is award-winning and rated as excellent (on average).
