I am pleased our Customer Service team have been able to assist you with reprinting your Knit Sticking to face the same way as your other stockings, so they are all hanging the same way! I am sorry to hear one of the embroidered names stand out due to the Beige colour scheme. Thanks so much for your feedback. I am pleased to hear that you received friendly and prompt service when you made your recent order with us. I am sorry to hear that you are having difficulties with your Iron On Labels. Please always feel free to phone and talk to us about any issues, we all use the Labels too so we are happy to advise and share our tips. In most cases, we find that the iron is just not hot enough. Irons differ so greatly with temperature it is hard to give a precise setting but it is certainly more effective to use a hotter iron to activate the adhesive.
