Hello, Thank you for leaving your feedback, and we're sorry to hear that the foil you ordered wasn't suitable for your needs. We always strive to share as much information on our products as possible, and although it does state that the foil was 10 microns thick in the product's title on our website, we have seen that this could be made clearer in the description. This has now been updated to make sure it is easily visible. Thank you for bringing this to our attention!

Hi, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, we appreciate our customers' feedback! We understand that some of the glassware you had ordered were items we didn't currently have in stock, delaying part of your order and we apologise for the inconvenience this caused. We always strive to deliver orders promptly. Unfortunately, there are occasions where we are experiencing delays due to constraints from our suppliers or manufacturers, which is why these items took longer than anticipated to reach you. We are reviewing how we can get more up-to-date information from our manufacturers when these situations arise.
