First time user but will use your service again.
Made the booking on line pressed confirm and nothing happened , wasn't sure if booking was complete as no booking confirmation came.
Sent e mail asking if booking went through, guy phoned me back...
Good experience but need to make option for cancellation insurance fee clearer to ensure you are aware to tick the box
was under the impression from the information provided that I would receive an email confirmation. However I have received this feedback survey but no email confirmation to date. I find that odd.
