Hi, Thanks for your comment and we're sorry to hear you have experienced our product like this. We have immediately shipped you a replacement to make up for this loss. As a sidenote, next time when you have applied the Spyslide, firmly press on the cover as well, and wait 3-5 minutes before you try to slide it. That way the Spyslide attaches nice and solid :) Let us know if you have any other questions or concerns in the meantime.

Hi! Thanks for your feedback and our apologies that you experienced a slow delivery! We're always posting orders as soon as possible. The shipment from A (our warehouse) to B (your house) is not always within our control, the services that we use are the best we can find, but even there a delivery sometimes goes wrong.
