Ki írhat Feefo véleményt?

Csak a vásárlást igazoló bizonylattal rendelkező ügyfelek írhatnak Feefo véleményt. Ezt úgy biztosítjuk, hogy a tranzakciót követően azonnal felvesszük a kapcsolatot a vásárlókkal.

Hogyan ellenőrizzük a véleményeket?

A véleményeket az eladáshoz vagy a tranzakcióhoz társítva ellenőrizzük, hogy valódi vásárlóktól származnak-e. A személyeket csak akkor kérjük fel vélemény írására, ha már vásároltak az adott vállalkozástól.

Hogyan kezeljük a hamis véleményeket?

A Feefo megakadályozza, hogy a személyek hamis véleményeket írjanak, mivel csak ellenőrzött vásárlókat kérünk fel rá, hogy visszajelzést adjanak.

We have taken a look into this for you and our records show that asthma was declared when a policy was taken out in 2014 and each time upon renewal since but we are more than happy to remove the comment if our records are incorrect or if you do not wish to be covered for that condition. Good product to renew. Telephone technique seemed not very engaged or sensitive.

Telephone renewal a little lacking in seeming attention to detail, engagement , sensitivity, especially dealing with sensitive medical issue.
