Unhelpful even though I purchased the insurance way before the pandemic is in the picture. What a waste of money purchasing the insurance from SCTI!

no reply took edges to get an email and a very long time for waiting on the decision still pending. will never buy from this company again

Your service been poor I keep asking to re send my certificates until now I haven't receive it . I just bought 2 travel insurance recently .
